Tweaks: Cruma Tower and Tonho's prices

The server went through another round of tweaks, always guided by what you've been telling us.

What changed

• The geodata for Cruma Tower has been adjusted so the tower's terrain works better
• Tonho's prices were adjusted to be more affordable for day-to-day play

These are small, targeted changes meant to keep the experience smooth — both when exploring the tower and in everyday shopping.
