New contact area: talk directly to the team
Want to talk to us? It just got easier. We've opened a new contact area on the website to make communication between you and the team faster and more direct.
That's where you can report bugs, make requests, suggest ideas or ask questions. Everything becomes a ticket and is closely followed up.
How to access it
- Go to l2shuin.com and click Login at the top of the page.
- Once logged in, click Account in the menu.
- In the account area, click the Contact card and write your message.
